My name is Morgan, over the past 6 years I have worked as a Personal Trainer and coach, helping people to build stronger, fitter and healthier bodies, improving their lifestyles and reducing pain and injuries.
Whilst studying my Bachelor of Exercise Science I developed a fascination for understanding the human body and working with people.
During this time I began working full time as a personal trainer and to work with my passion of improving peoples health, fitness, daily function and performance through research backed training methods.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to exercise, training and performance that fits into and compliments your everyday life.
